CasaClima, a public agency from Bolzano, is one of the most authoritative international independent bodies for the energy certification of buildings: in Italy there are more than 6,000 properties that have achieved CasaClima certification. The structure develops research and training projects for companies, promotes the culture of energy efficiency and a sustainable concept of construction: people must in fact "live in healthy and environmentally friendly places".
Cortexa, Excellence in the Coating System. It brings together the most important players in the world of energy efficiency for quality construction. Cortexa consortium members share knowledge and experience gained in the thermal insulation and energy efficiency sector.
AIPE, Italian Expanded Polystyrene Association, promotes the image and use of quality sintered expanded polystyrene. Alpac shares with AIPE the choice to invest in a product such as EPS which guarantees high insulating performance from a thermal and acoustic point of view, is of high quality and durability, safe for health, practical on construction sites and recyclable. Alpac has received the EPS FOR GREEN brand, which identifies the Italian companies associated with AIPE that produce quality and sustainable EPS products transformed on the national territory.
Alpac is a partner of the Energiesprong project, a revolutionary redevelopment model born in the Netherlands with the aim of transforming obsolete and energy-intensive residential buildings into self-sufficient NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) homes. The program, promoted in Italy by EDERA, promotes the concept of industrialization of the deep retrofit process of existing real estate assets.
